Ordering and Payment By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase products subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone provided at the time the order was made. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Delivery We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Delivery is free for orders over £50, otherwise, a delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied. We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely.
Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eddie Supplies Ltd. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise total. All you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refunds (excluding original delivery charges) are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
